About the foundation
Quest For Growth and Development Foundation is a registered, community-driven nonprofit based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
Quest For Growth and Development Foundation works with communities, civil society organisations, government institutions, development partners, women, and young people to address environmental, social, and economic challenges through advocacy, research, capacity building, policy engagement, and community-led solutions.
Our work focuses on climate change mitigation and adaptation, just energy transition, environmental protection, renewable energy promotion, sustainable livelihoods, youth empowerment, gender equality, civic participation, and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
We are particularly committed to supporting communities affected by fossil fuel extraction and climate change across the Niger Delta through evidence-based advocacy, public awareness campaigns, community dialogues, and leadership development.
We collaborate with local, national, regional, and international partners to strengthen community resilience, promote accountable governance, and influence policies that foster equitable and sustainable development.
